Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a leading organization in the Microfinance Sector. We are looking for a skilled
Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
   strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation,
   and preservation of human capital.
5. Manage Employee Welfare and relations.
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
   Job Requirements:
7. Degree in Human Resource Management.
8. Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager for at least three (3) years
9. Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
10. Qualification in Training of Trainers and Coaching
11. In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
