POSITION: Telesales Officer (6 Vacancies)

LOCATION: Bukoto, Kampala.

Job details: 

To drive sales growth through telephone engagement, delivering exceptional customer experience and promoting the company’s financial products.

Key duties/responsibilities: 

• Engage potential customers via phone to promote loan products and generate sales.
• Source referrals from existing customers to expand the client base.
• Provide efficient after-sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Contribute to customer retention efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. 
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience: 

• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales.
• Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Telesales, customer service, or a related role.
• Residing in or near Bukoto, Kampala
