POSITION: Training Manager (1 Position)

LOCATION: Head Office, Kampala
Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a leading organization in the Microfinance Sector that is committed to
fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. We are looking for a dynamic and
experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with
managers. - Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures.
- Develop training Materials such as manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminar that educate and inspire.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
- Manage and oversee the training budget.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify training needs and develop programs to
meet those needs.
Job Requirements: - Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other relevant
course. - Proven experience as a Training Manager for at least five (5) years.
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
- Qualification in Training of Trainers and Coaching.
- Strong training content and report writing skills.
