Platinum Credit’s CS Secured is a flexible, asset-backed loan product designed exclusively for civil servants in Uganda. It solves the single biggest frustration civil servants face with traditional lending: the loss of financial privacy and control that comes with employer-linked salary deductions.

Unlike conventional civil servant loans that require employer sign-off and lock repayments into salary coding, CS Secured uses the client’s motor vehicle logbook as security. This means your employer is never involved, your salary is never automatically deducted, and access to funds is dramatically faster, within 24 hours of application.

The maximum loan amount issued under the CS Secured Loan is UGX 50 million while the minimum is UGX 3 million. The short-term loan repayment period is payable within 90 days while the long-term loan repayment period is payable within 24 months.
