Platinum Credit Uganda Limited, is delighted to announce that we have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS) certification for the provision of personal loans (including civil servant loans, private sector loans and logbook financing) and other financial services on non-deposit taking credit.
ISO 9001:2015 QMS is an internationally recognized standard that helps to ensure that we consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements as well as enhance customer satisfaction.
The Standard that we have adopted for our QMS employ the process approach, which incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking to enables us to effectively plan for and manage the processes and their interactions while determining and addressing the risks and opportunities.
The journey towards ISO 9001 certification has taken us almost twelve (12) months of intense preparations and this is an attestation of our strategic direction and relentless focus on excellence and commitment to providing quality services and ensure customer satisfaction, purposed to improve our overall performance and provide a solid foundation for sustainability.
To achieve ISO 9001 QMS certification, Platinum Credit Uganda Limited undertook the development and implementation of the quality management system that included; gap analysis, capacity building, documented information review and development, internal audit and management reviews. This was followed by an independent assessment of our established quality management system by an accredited certification body that after satisfactory results issued the certificate.
Gaining ISO 9001:2015 reinforces our customer focus to deliver cash within 24 hours and relentless efforts on developing industry-leading products and services, measured against regional and global benchmarks of industry excellence. Additionally, the ISO certification also provides proof that the credit facilities (loans) and related products we offer are reasonably priced (affordable), processed promptly and have flexible repayment terms.
