Job details:
To drive monthly portfolio growth while maintaining quality through an engaged team and excellent customer service.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve set monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market activations to generate prospects and meet sales targets.
- Recruit, lead, and retain Sales Agents to meet set targets.
- Develop and implement Sales Agent retention strategies.
- Provide regular training, guidance, and support to Sales Agents.
- Supervise and coach Sales Agents to consistently hit monthly sales and quality targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service charter.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- At least two years relevant work experience, one of which must be in a leadership position.
- Knowledge of office administration
