Job details:

To build a high-performing sales team and coordinate all sales and marketing activities to drive branch

growth.

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets.
• Generate new business through targeted market activations.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance visibility, attract new clients, and grow branch sales.
• Motivate and mentor branch teams to maintain high performance.
• Ensure steady growth in the number of active Sales Agents through effective recruitment
• Implement retention programs to minimize Sales Agent turnover and maintain talent quality.
• Organize regular, structured training sessions to enhance Sales Agents’ skills, product
• knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Oversee branch office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and
• adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide effective supervision and support to the allocated branch, ensuring alignment with company
• Regularly monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Computer knowledge.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
